Our Story
VZR Roof Services LLC was founded by Camilo Andres Vargas Ruiz and Jose Merino on a simple idea: a roof is the one part of a house that has to be right, and the people who build it should tell you the truth about what it needs. That's where "Strong Roof, Honest Work" comes from — it's the standard we quote by and the standard we build by.
We're based on Martin Way E in Olympia and we serve a 50-mile radius across Thurston, Pierce, Mason, and Lewis County — Lacey, Tumwater, Tacoma, Lakewood, Yelm, Rainier, Tenino, Shelton, Centralia, DuPont, Puyallup, and Spanaway. Our crews install architectural asphalt shingle, standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal, TPO, and EPDM systems on homes, shops, and commercial buildings.
We're licensed and insured, we remove moss by hand instead of blasting your shingles with a pressure washer, and every roof we install carries a 10-year workmanship warranty. New roofs start at $9,999 — and if an inspection shows a repair will do the job, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a roof you don't need.
